Jacob asked me out on a date and surprised me
with the whole thing so that we could celebrate my graduation. He
actually left so that he could "pick me up". My sweet husband
took the car to be cleaned and rang the doorbell right on time with a beautiful
red rose, when I opened the door I got tears in my eyes, I love that man so
much.
Jacob stayed reminiscent of our first couple of dates, we walked
(walks were a big part of our courting) to dinner at Gurus, it was really
delicious! I got a fruity salad, Jacob got a wrap, and we shared the
famous sweet potato fries which were great. Then, reliving our first date we
went to the dollar store, we each had $5, I chose the dessert (which was gross)
and Jacob chose a great craft as well as a puzzle.
Once we got home Jacob
remembered that one of the things I loved most about our first date was that he
sang to the music we listened to as we did our activities (he has a great voice and quite frankly him singing
shocked me). We ended the perfect date with Next Great Baker. I
love my Husband so much. He is everything I have ever wanted and need; I
am so blessed to have him for all the ups and downs of life as well as for
eternity.
